Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Current Illinois Physical Therapist license is required
Assignment Details
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Shift days: Monday - Friday
Weekend or on-call requirement: None
