Job description
The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in a home health setting for adult and geriatric patients. You will deliver patient-centered care according to established treatment plans and document using a laptop.
This role requires a valid state license, at least 1 year of home health or similar experience, BCLS, own transportation, and COVID-19 vaccination plus booster. Occasional site floats and travel within a 60-mile radius are possible.
