Job description
Role:
Travel Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health, providing therapy services to primarily elderly patients across five counties in Bristol, Florida.
Responsibilities:
Deliver home health therapy to a caseload of approximately 50 to 80 patients, with a focus on orthopedics. Cover designated geographic area, working in outpatient or home health settings, and bring licensed credentials on the first day.
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist, minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, and ability to work independently in a multi-county area. Experience with elderly populations and orthopedics is preferred.
Key Duties:
Provide therapy services during 8-hour days, totaling at least 40 hours weekly, with a focus on elderly and homebound patients. Must be adaptable to caseload changes and geographic coverage.
