Travel Physical Therapist – Home Health
Marysville, CA – $3,105 / 40 Hours – 13‑Week Contract – Day Shift | Monday – Friday
Position Details
Mileage reimbursement in addition to pay package
Home Health setting
40 hours guaranteed
Requirements
Active PT license required
DPT required if licensed after January 2016
BLS/CPR certification required
Valid Driver’s License required
Must be 21 years or older
Home Health experience preferred (1 year ideal, willing to train)
Responsibilities
Perform patient evaluations and individualized treatment planning
Provide therapy interventions and discharge planning
Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
Supervise assistants as assigned
