Job description
Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for Home Health in California. The assignment runs 14 weeks with days, 8:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday, and occasional Saturdays.
You will evaluate patients at home, develop and update plans of care, and collaborate with physicians and care teams. Requires active CA PT license, BLS, and a minimum of two years of PT experience in acute, home health, or rehab settings.
