Job description
HiredFirst in Clearlake, CA is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for Home Health in Clearlake. This 13-week assignment offers day shifts, 8-hour shifts, 5x8s, with no weekends, and travel between patient locations.
You will provide skilled PT services in patients' homes, evaluate, plan treatment, educate, and document, working independently with the interdisciplinary team to support safe mobility and functional independence.
