Role
Travel Home Health Physical Therapist responsible for patient recovery and management of chronic conditions in a new location.
Responsibilities
Provide therapy services, assist patients in recovery, and help manage chronic health issues. No on-call or weekend duties required. Reimbursements for mileage between patient visits, dress code adherence, and travel/living arrangements are provided.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, active state license, at least 1 year of home health experience, and BLS certification may be required.

Deliver therapy in Centralia and surrounding areas
