Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist - Home Health
Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F, No weekends, No call
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
CA License
Must have 1 year of home health experience
Epicexperience
Must know HCHB and OASIS
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree — Required (only if license obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent)
AHA BLS
