Job description
Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a home health assignment in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The PT will cover a territory within up to a 60-mile radius, provide geriatric home health services, and maintain timely documentation while coordinating with care teams.
The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, active state licensure, at least 1 year of relevant experience, HCHB proficiency, and BLS certification.
