Job description
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Elko, Nevada. The role offers 40 hours per week in a Home Health setting, with days shift and travel within NV and nearby areas.
A hotel is provided for secondary-area assignments, and a vehicle and gas card are provided. Requires a PT degree and NV license, Home Health experience, and WellSky EMR proficiency; BLS may be required.
