Travel Physical Therapist – Home Health
Clinical Care | Open Position
Pay
$2,970 / week (40 hours), mileage reimbursement included in addition to bill rate
Coverage Area
Primary need: Butte County
Service areas include Butte, Yuba, and Sutter Counties
Requirements
Physical Therapist (PT) license required
DPT required if licensed after January 2016
BLS/CPR certification required
Valid Driver’s License required
Must be at least 21 years old
Home Health experience preferred (1 year ideal, willing to train)
Responsibilities
Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy interventions and discharge planning
