Job description
American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with 1+ year of home health experience to serve patients throughout the Mokena/Frankfort territory.
The 13-week assignment features day shifts and 8-hour days, with mileage reimbursed. You will evaluate and treat patients across pediatric to geriatric ages, document care in the EMR, and coordinate with families, physicians, and health staff to ensure quality care.
