Job description
Health Here is seeking a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist to provide patient care in home health settings, helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions across designated counties. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with mileage reimbursement between visits.
Candidates must hold a Doctoral/Master's/Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, a valid NC PT license, and BLS if required.
