Job description
AMN Healthcare Allied in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment, delivering PT services in patients' homes.
Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, educating patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote rehabilitation and quality of life. Colorado licensure and home health experience preferred.
Compensation includes $2,123–$2,187 per week with additional housing options and benefits.
