Job description
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. The role is 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift scheduled evenings, and the assignment runs for 13 weeks with a 2-3 day overlap possible.
You’ll provide home health PT services across Christian, Trigg, Caldwell, and Lyon counties, with mileage reimbursement between visits. Eligible candidates hold a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, have an active state license,
