Role
Travel Home Health Physical Therapist, providing patient care in patients' homes.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments, document care accurately, and deliver physical therapy services in a home health setting.
Qualifications
Valid MO license or compact, Home Health experience preferred, proficiency with Homecare Homebase EMR, and a positive attitude.
Skills
Strong assessment and documentation skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication.
Key Duties
Provide therapy services Monday through Friday, typically 8-hour days, with about 6 visits per day, totaling 40 hours weekly.
