Job description
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a home health assignment in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The role is a 13-week travel position with a standard 40-hour workweek and a daily shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Minimum requirements include an accredited PT degree, active Kentucky licensure, BLS (may be required), CPR, and a valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed and housing is often provided for travelers.
