Job description
Role:
Travel Home Health Physical Therapist supporting the Morris County region.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient evaluations, develop care plans, provide interventions, educate patients and families, document and bill using Epic charting, and support clinical competency development. May serve as a clinical instructor and exercise independent judgment on moderately complex cases.
Qualifications & Skills:
Active NJ license required, graduate of an accredited PT program, 0-4 years of experience preferred, home health and Epic charting experience are advantageous, with additional preference for acute care experience. Local candidates and first-time travelers are welcome.
Work Details:
Support a home health setting with a Monday-Friday schedule, 8-hour days, no weekends or on-call duties, with potential to float within the region.
