Job description
Role: Travel Physical Therapist providing skilled therapy services in a home health setting for adult and geriatric patients.
Responsibilities: Deliver patient-centered care following established treatment plans, adhere to agency policies, document using a laptop, and occasionally drive within a 60-mile radius to optimize patient visits.
Qualifications: Valid state license (compact accepted), minimum of 1 year experience in home health or similar settings, BCLS certification, own transportation, COVID-19 vaccination plus booster.
Preferred Skills: Experience with EPIC charting, geriatrics, orthopedics, and documentation.
Additional Requirements: Provide two recent references, communicate RTO requests upfront, and may be required to float to different sites. No on-call needed, with a schedule of 8-hour days, minimum 40 hours weekly.
