Job description
Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Oakland, California. You will perform start of care visits in Home Health, supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, and ensure timely clinical documentation.
The role is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend on-call. Current CA PT license and at least 1 year of Home Health experience are required; familiarity with Kinnser EMR is preferred.
