Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
OASIS experience required
Home Health experience required
Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license
Reliable vehicle
Assignment Details
Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Shift days: Monday - Friday
Weekend and on-call requirement: none
Coverage area includes Clearfield and Centre Counties
