Job description
Role:
Travel Physical Therapist
Responsibilities:
Provide therapy services to adult patients in a home health setting, adhering to productivity expectations of 30 units per week, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Utilize EMR (HCHB) for documentation, maintain hospital privileges, and ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications & Skills:
Home health experience is required. Strong knowledge of adult patient care, proficiency in EMR systems, and ability to coordinate with healthcare teams are essential.
Key Duties:
Manage patient treatments, document progress, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with licensing and hospital privileges.
