Job description
American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of skilled home health experience for a caseload of up to 6 patients per day in the Seaside, OR area.
The role includes a day shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM), 1:1 patient care, and travel within a 60-mile radius. EPIC Remote Client and Oasis are used for charting; housing and travel reimbursements may be provided.
