Job description
American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to serve patients in Seaside, OR and surrounding areas.
A minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience and OASIS proficiency are required, along with BLS certification and a license if applicable. The role features a day shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM), 1:1 patient care, visits up to 6 patients per day, no weekends or on-call, and mileage reimbursement.
