Job description
VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a Brunswick, GA assignment. This contract runs 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week, and a standard 8-hour shift, starting ASAP.
The role requires active state licensure, CPR, a valid driver's license, and 1–2 years of PT experience in acute care or rehab. You will assess patients, develop plans of care, educate families, and uphold infection control and safety standards.
