Job description
TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for Home Health in Clearlake, CA. The assignment runs 13 weeks with extension potential and involves 8-hour day shifts, 5 days a week, with travel between patient locations.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients, planning treatments, educating patients and caregivers, and documenting care. Licensure in California and BLS/CPR as required are essential; home health experience is preferred.
