Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Current home health experience within the last year
Current HCHB experience
Assignment Details
Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Scheduled days: Monday through Friday
No on-call or weekend requirement
Coverage areas include Marion and Hamilton
Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
