Job description
Banner Home Care in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to perform in-home evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. You will work a 36-hour week with dayshift hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) and play a key role in enabling patients to regain independence at home.
The role requires an active Arizona PT license, current BLS, and recent home health or acute care PT experience, plus strong patient education and documentation skills.
