Role
Travel Home Health Physical Therapist
Responsibilities
Assess and treat patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions in a home health setting, ensuring quality care across multiple locations.
Manage a 40-hour workweek with an 8-hour shift, covering areas including Highland, Clinton, and Fayette, while maintaining productivity expectations of 30 points.
Provide coverage between visits, with mileage reimbursed.
Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and safety standards, including BLS certification if required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Active PT license for Ohio, with at least 1 year of home health experience.
Valid BLS certification may be required.
Key Skills
Strong clinical assessment, patient care, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient visits effectively.
