Job description
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Presque Isle, Maine. You will provide care to patients in their homes, evaluating needs and creating effective treatment plans while exploring a new location.
The role requires a PT degree (BS/MS/DPT), active state license, BLS, and at least one year of experience. A Maine license and a valid driver’s license are also required, with travel across Aroostook County.
