Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 10/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) position available in Bryson City, NC. This role involves providing inpatient physical therapy services with a focus on pelvic and pediatric experience at a critically acclaimed healthcare facility. The position is part of a contract assignment scheduled from October 23, 2026, to January 22, 2027. Job Details Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in pelvic and pediatric therapy; licensure or certification as a physical therapist; location requirements: candidates must be located 60 miles or greater from the facility; no specific years of experience required. Additional information: The position offers outpatient outpatient Redoc, Paragon outpatient electronic health records, with a focus on acute and short-term rehab care. Patient ratios typically involve 1-on-1 outpatient, acute, and rehab care. Float: Float rotation may be required. Responsibilities include providing outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services, adhering to clinical guidelines, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
