Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Needham, Massachusetts.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of Massachusetts
Current CPR certification
Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
Bachelor's Degree
Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-4:30
Weekend and on-call requirement: Yes
Coverage area includes Boston and surrounding areas
