Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 10/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Physical Therapist Outpatient in the Specialty of PT OP located in Tamarac. This position involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients at an outpatient healthcare facility. The role requires delivering high-quality therapy services focused on patient recovery and functional improvement. Job Details Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, CPR Certification, Active/Applicable state license, 1 Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans. Ensures proper documentation in accordance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines. Provides patient, family, and staff education; participates in student program development and supervision. Maintains professional licensure and adheres to professional conduct and ethical standards. Applies organizational performance improvement initiatives, actively engaging in professional development. Performs other duties related to patient care and clinical operations as assigned.
