Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a long-term outpatient clinic assignment requiring prior experience in the setting and an active PT license.
Details
Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
5x8 day shift schedule, 40 hours per week
30-minute meal break
Uses InSync EMR
Requirements
Active PT license required (compact license accepted to start, but full state license must be obtained during assignment where applicable)
License required if applicable
Prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting required
One professional reference required
SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
Equipment details will be provided during the interview process
Parking and dress code information will be shared on the first day
Holiday weeks may require working 32 guaranteed hours
Candidates with prior PRN or permanent employment at this facility must have a one-year separation before being eligible to return as a traveler
