Role
Outpatient Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating patients, developing and modifying personalized treatment plans, and ensuring effective recovery to restore community activity participation.
Key Duties
Key Duties: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, document accurately, participate in professional development, and adhere to safety and organizational standards. May involve float rotation and collaboration with healthcare teams.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, at least one year of outpatient experience, active state license, CPR certification, and successful prior assignments with the organization.
