Job description
Seeking a Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel position in Lake City, FL. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, designing individualized treatment plans, utilizing therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, and educating patients on injury prevention and recovery.
Qualified candidates should have a graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program, an active Florida PT license, and at least one year of experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Key responsibilities include providing outpatient therapy services, developing treatment plans, and supporting patient recovery. The position offers a competitive pay rate,
