Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Zanesville, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 10/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) Location: Not specified. This outpatient therapy position involves providing physical therapy services to pediatric patients in a dedicated outpatient rehabilitation center. The role requires managing an existing caseload within a scheduled workweek, following established protocols and documentation standards. Job Details Certification and Licensure: Ohio license and registry required (must be active; cannot be in process). BLS certification required. Experience: At least two years of current pediatric outpatient rehabilitation experience is required, with a caseload of approximately 50 patients. Schedule: Days shifts, 8 hours per day, five days per week, totaling 40 hours weekly.
Responsibilities:
Covering an existing caseload of pediatric patients in a rehabilitation setting, utilizing EPIC electronic medical records, and maintaining compliance with facility policies. Additional Information: This role is based in an outpatient pediatrics rehab center, with the facility closed on weekends and major holidays. Only one submission per traveler, per agency, per specialty is permitted. The start date is 10/26/2026, and the end date is 01/25/2027. All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission.
