Physical Therapist License for PA or Compact as applicable
Applicable recent experience in this work setting
Minimum 1 Year of experience
Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
New Grads: Allowed
Local Restrictions: Radius restriction: 50 miles
