Physical Therapist Location: Colebrook, NH Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,662 to $1,862 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
2 years current Physical Therapy experience
Outpatient experience
Physical Therapy skills checklist
1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past year of employment
Active American Heart Association BLS
License verification
All licenses/certs must be current and in hand at time of submission
Assignment Details
Schedule: 3x10hr days, 30 hours per week
Shift Days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
Weekend requirement: Every Saturday
Setting includes hospital-based outpatient care with inpatient acute and swing coverage
