Physical Therapist Location: Fork Union, VA Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,932 to $2,132 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license
