Physical Therapist Location: Ada, OK Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $2,151 to $2,351 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
1 year of PT experience
Long term care or rehab experience
Oklahoma State License
Assignment Details
8-hour shifts
35 guaranteed work hours is omitted
No weekend requirement
13-week assignment
