Physical Therapist Location: Adrian, MI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,627 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 11/2/2026 Allied Travel Careers is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Adrian, Michigan, 49221!Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Epic charting experience Description: Monday to Friday schedule with options of 08:30 - 16:30 or 09:30 - 18:00 for three days per week. No call or weekends required. Floating to another facility is necessary, with a short travel distance. The average daily patient census is 10. Patient age groups include pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Staffing ratios are 1:1. Documentation systems used are Well Sky and Epic. Communication follows the SBAR method. Support is provided by a unit secretary. Patient diagnoses include general orthopedic and neurological conditions. Assessments required include AROM, AAROM, PROM, assistive devices, pain assessment, and strength testing. Documentation requirements encompass assessment, discharge, evaluation, long-term goals, plan of care, reassessments, and short-term goals. Professional skills required include home exercise program development and patient family education. Travelers are expected to work in an outpatient clinic setting.
