Job description
Position:
Travel Physical Therapist (PT - Skilled) responsible for delivering skilled nursing care, performing patient assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, operating medical equipment, and collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient mobility and function.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Louisiana PT license (or PT Compact)
Current BLS certification
At least one professional reference
Recent skilled nursing experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
Providing skilled therapy services
Developing and implementing treatment plans
Documenting patient progress
Ensuring quality healthcare outcomes
