Job description
This role is for a Travel Physical Therapist responsible for providing skilled therapy services in a healthcare facility.
Key duties include:
assessing patients
developing and implementing treatment plans
guiding therapeutic exercises
applying modalities
documenting progress
Qualifications
must hold a valid California PT license
have at least 1 year of SNF experience
Casamba EMR experience is highly preferred
Responsibilities
