nnLocation: Wilmington, Massachusetts
nSchedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
nRequired Qualifications: Valid license as a Physical Therapist, associates or higher degree in Physical Therapy, two years of experience in a SNF setting, and eligibility to work in Massachusetts
nPreferred Qualifications: Experience working with adult populations and proficiency in documentation systems related to SNF care
nAdditional Information: The position involves patient assessment, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions adapted to the needs of patients in a skilled nursing environment.
