Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility/LTC setting requiring at least 1 year of SNF/LTC experience.
Details
Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting
Day shift, 5x8 hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Patient ratio of 1:5
No weekend or on-call requirements
No floating between unlike units required
Uses Net Solutions and PointClickCare charting systems
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of recent Skilled Nursing Facility and/or Long-Term Care experience required
BLS certification required
Compact state license must be in hand at time of submission (license required if applicable)
PointClickCare charting experience required
Must have own transportation
Primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster required
Additional Information
Black scrubs required as facility attire
Free parking available with IRS standard mileage reimbursement
Local candidates accepted within a 50-75 mile radius at the same pay rate
First-time travelers are not accepted for this position
Former permanent staff may return as travelers after a 3-month waiting period, provided they are not within 50 miles of the facility
Candidates must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities near the contracted location
