Job description
MEP Health is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting. The role features a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating weekends and a flexible day during the week, guaranteed 36 hours per week with an option to request 40 hours.
You will provide therapy services in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab environments, leveraging NetHealth Rehab Optima EMR. Experience in SNF/LTC is preferred; new grads with SNF exposure are welcome.
