Job description
Role:
Travel Physical Therapist specializing in SNF/LTC settings, responsible for providing therapy services in a healthcare facility.
Responsibilities Include
Delivering patient-centered care aligned with organizational goals and values.
Assessing, planning, and implementing treatment plans for patients.
Ensuring compliance with licensure requirements and maintaining documentation.
Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications And Skills
Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) settings required.
Valid Physical Therapist license or in the process of obtaining it within the state.
Key Details
Full-time, 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week.
