Description
American Traveler is seeking an Inpatient Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience and IRF or SNF background for a rehabilitation hospital setting.
Details
Inpatient rehabilitation hospital with 60 beds
Patient ratio of 7 to 1
Patient population includes adult, geriatric, and pediatric (age 13+)
Common diagnoses include neuro, ortho, debility, and cardiac conditions
Utilizes specialized equipment including EKSO, InMotion UE Robotic, and Body weight support systems
EHR systems used include UDS and Epic
Day shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Weekend shifts required every weekend
No call or float requirements
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
IRF or SNF experience required
AHA certifications required
Active license required at time of submission, if applicable
Strong teamwork, communication, and work ethic required
Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
Facility specializes in treating patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries
Accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF for inpatient rehabilitation
Black scrubs required
Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full-time
