Minimum Requirements:
Allied Health License for AZ or Compact as applicable
Applicable recent experience in this Allied Health Physical Therapist work setting
Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
Certifications: BLS
Equipment/Procedures: wound care, prosthetic and orthotic clinic, geriatric clinic, high school clinic, functional clinic, spinal cord clinic, assistive technology/adaptive equipment evaluation/treatment
Weekend/Call: Weekend = Required;
Call = None stated
Experience: 3 years
